Christmas is coming and the Geese are getting FAT

Amazing how all the fun and festivity can suddenly show up on the waistline, it has been a great holiday and the family and friends get togethers went well.  We have been blessed with good health and good cheer!  There is something magical about those Christmas lights.  Need to refocus on  health and promise of a new year! Merry Christmas to all and to all a good night!

On Top the World

Sometimes even on earth you are on the top of the World, visiting with our son on Lombard Street Fred and  I enjoy a pose together.  It was a whirlwind weekend, yes booked the flight threw some clothes in a suitcase and off to have a fun weekend in San Fran.  Yes we will be back it was a wonderful time!

Decided to return to the gym and set the 30 minute program, maxed it out and before I knew it I was working on a Healthy Habit!
