Christmas is coming and the Geese are getting FAT

Amazing how all the fun and festivity can suddenly show up on the waistline, it has been a great holiday and the family and friends get togethers went well.  We have been blessed with good health and good cheer!  There is something magical about those Christmas lights.  Need to refocus on  health and promise of a new year!
